DJames has moved folk on dance floors in North Carolina from 1986-2000 in cities such as Greensboro, Durham, Charlotte, and Winston-Salem. In '91 he began "Metronome," an urban house night at The Palms in Greensboro with kids voguing and stomping-it-out in NC's own little Paris is Burning. He opened his own club in '94 also in Greensboro; it was called Babylon, and was home to the burgeoning RAVE scene there at the time and is infamous and well-remembered to this day. From him now, expect a mix of minimal, tech-house, & house.
